Those boys have made lot of money winning Kenya its first Main Cup trophy in the recently concluded Singapore 7s.

Philanthropic Nairobi senator Mike Sonko pledged to give each player Kes 100,000 while Kenya Airways who are Shujaa’s sponsors also gave each player a similar amount in addition to free air ticket to any KQ destination.

Ministry of Sport gave Shujaa Kes 2 million to divide among themselves. Sonko says President Uhuru is also expected to make Shujaa’s pockets heavy when he meets them today.
